Sales Executive - Home Decor

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our home decor products, staying up-to-date on product features, benefits, and trends.
• Store Representation: Represent the brand and store in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Market Insights: Gather market intelligence, identifying trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.

Requirements-

Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the home decor or furniture industry.

Desirable Experience- Experience in home decor or high-end retail.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
