Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our hydroponic systems, agricultural equipment, and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, strong sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with farmers, agribusinesses, and key industry players.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product sales in the hydroponics and agriculture sector.
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, rural entrepreneurs, and industry distributors.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical expertise, and advice to customers on hydroponics systems and sustainable farming practices.
  • Achieve sales targets, contribute to business growth, and expand market reach for the company’s product lines.
  • Participate in agricultural exhibitions, trade shows, and other promotional events to showcase products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to develop customer-centric sales materials and campaigns.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to guide business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the agriculture or hydroponics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems, agricultural technology, or sustainable farming practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the local agricultural market and farmer networks is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel to rural areas and work closely with farmers and agripreneurs.
