Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Executive for Ice-Cream & FD Products, your main responsibility is to execute overall distribution and marketing activities in your designated area of operation. Your goal is to promote business expansion and achieve budgeted targets. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and achieve sales targets according to the business plan. - Develop market intelligence and expand the distribution network. - Promote, extend, and execute model parlors business operations. - Ensure timely collection of sales realization and outstanding amounts. - Optimize resource utilization, funds, and control costs. - Manage and control assets effectively. - Ensure timely distribution of Milk Products by managing logistics. - Organize Customer Contract Programs and address complaints promptly.
