JOB BRIEF: We are looking for a result-driven “Sales Executive” with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers. Sales Representative responsibilities include providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This will be a Field Sales Officer role. You are expected to cover areas in Pune. We deal in Bank Auction properties, the candidate is required to survey the property, engage with potential customers and find bidders to sell the properties, build relationships with banks. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Present, promote and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through cold calling. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. WHAT YOU WILL NEED. 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative, Field Sales Executive. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.). Ability to build productive business- professional relationship with the customers. Highly motivated and target driven. Excellent communication skills. Time management and organizational skills. Relationship management skills and open to feedback. Degree in business or related fields.
