Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers in the store, offering product guidance and styling suggestions.
• Demonstrate and provide detailed information on Gruhome’s range of home goods and furnishings.
• Identify customer preferences, understand their needs, and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with 

  interior designers, architects, and clients

   to drive B2B and bulk sales.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities outside the store to grow the customer base.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, materials, and craftsmanship to communicate effectively with clients.
• Assist in creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects Gruhome’s aesthetic and values.
• Track leads, follow up on inquiries, and help meet monthly sales targets.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and store performance.

Requirements

• Smart, confident, and proactive personality with a passion for design and home interiors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and take leadership initiatives in a fast-evolving brand.
• Ability to handle both in-store customers and external business development.
• Prior experience in 

  furniture, home décor, or lifestyle retail

   is a strong advantage.
• Comfortable using digital tools for billing, CRM, and client communication.
• Minimum education: Graduate preferred.
