Job Description

The Credit Card Sales Executive will identify potential customers, explain product benefits, and persuade customers to purchase credit cards while achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent customer service, strong sales skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records of all interactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

Identify potential customers for credit card sales through various channels
Explain the features and benefits of different credit card products to customers
Persuade customers to purchase credit cards and complete the application process
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets set by management
Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive company image
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial products or services
Customer-focused with the ability to understand and meet customer needs
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
