Dear Candidate,

We are hiring for Sales Associate.
Work Location- Gurgaon
HSC/ Graduate can apply
Day Shift- Fixed
salary- 20k to 22k
Fresher & Experience both can apply

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Provide insurance advisory services to clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage options.
Utilize telesales techniques to effectively communicate with customers over phone calls.
Meet daily/weekly targets set by management for lead generation and conversion rates.
Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in BPO sales, insurance sales,
Strong communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Proficiency in English language (written & spoken).
