GENERAL TRADE SALES EXECUTIVE JOB LOCATION: RAJOURI GARDEN MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4-5 YEARS RESPONSIBILITIES : • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities in General Trade • Proactively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and customer visits. • Conduct client meetings (virtual/in-person) to understand needs and present suitable products or services. • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations. • Maintain accurate records and generate regular sales and financial reports. • Ensure product availability for sales and demos; coordinate with relevant departments. • Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences. • Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer objections and complaints. • Foster strong professional relationships and collaborate with team members to achieve targets. • Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams for improvement. • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments. • Analyze market potential and provide insights on customer needs and product opportunities. • Continuously improve performance through learning and feedback.
