Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service & Sales

• Welcome customers and understand their needs through effective communication in English.
• Provide professional guidance on jewellery products, craftsmanship, and certifications.
• Assist customers with recommendations and product demonstrations.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

2. Product Knowledge

• Develop expertise in gemstones, diamonds (4Cs), precious metals, and jewellery collections.
• Stay updated on new launches, promotions, and brand stories.
• Explain product features, authenticity certifications, and care instructions confidently.

3. Store Operations

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and organized display counters.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and transactions accurately.
• Support stock management and participate in inventory checks.
• Ensure proper handling and security of high-value jewellery items.

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
• Maintain customer data in CRM systems and conduct timely follow-ups.
• Address customer queries, exchanges, and service requests courteously.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Adhere to store safety, operational processes, and security protocols.
• Follow grooming standards and uphold company values.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

• High School Diploma / Graduate (minimum).
• Additional certifications in gemology (GIA/IGI) or jewellery training preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years in retail sales; jewellery or luxury retail experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may be considered.

Skills

• Fluency in English communication is mandatory (spoken and basic written).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Effective selling and negotiation abilities.
• Basic computer skills and experience with POS/billing systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
