Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Assistance

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action points.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain discretion at all times.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of management.

2. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Maintain and update customer database in CRM software.
  • Monitor customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Assist in developing loyalty programs, special campaigns, and personalized communication.
  • Generate CRM reports on customer engagement, repeat purchases, and sales performance.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of client queries, complaints, and service issues.

3. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as a bridge between management, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating with the CRM database for campaigns.
  • Track customer feedback and share insights with management for decision-making.

4. Administrative & Reporting

 Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and dashboards for management.

 Assist in event coordination, exhibitions, and VIP customer engagements.

 Support data analysis related to sales, customer retention, and business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
  • Customer service orientation with problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure.

Educational & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, CRM Executive, or similar role (preferably in retail/luxury/jewellery industry).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and database management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
