Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Industry: Solar
Locations: Gujarat, Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh (Work from Home with field travel as required)

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales – Identify, approach, and build relationships with business clients.
Lead Generation – Create and manage a pipeline of prospective customers.
Field Sales – Visit clients (when required) to present company products and solutions.
Deal Closing – Negotiate and finalize sales orders to achieve monthly targets.
Daily Reporting – Maintain accurate records of sales activities and share regular updates with management.
Inverter Sales – Focus on promoting and selling solar inverters and related products.
Market Awareness – Stay updated on market rates, competitor activities, and government/industry policies.
Customer Follow-up – Ensure timely follow-up for orders, collections, and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Proven experience in lead generation and field sales
Ability to close deals and achieve targets
Knowledge of solar/inverter products will be an added advantage
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel for reporting
Good communication and presentation skills

Education & Experience:

Graduate in Business/Commerce/Engineering preferred
1–3 years of relevant sales experience in Solar/Power/Electrical industry

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Work from Home (with field visits as needed)

Salary:

As per company norms + Incentives
