Job Summary:

We are hiring a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to manage qualified leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to understand real estate project offerings in detail. This role is crucial in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on incoming leads from the marketing team
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate project details
• Schedule site visits and guide customers through the property selection process
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions
• Prepare and present sales reports to the management team
• Collaborate with marketing staff to improve lead quality and conversion strategies
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales journey
• Stay updated on project features, pricing, offers, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (real estate sales preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Good presentation and follow-up skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
