Job Description

Key Responsibilities Generate leads through various channels including digital platforms, brokers, walk-ins, and referrals. Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally. Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective buyers. Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and project features. Prepare and deliver proposals, price quotations, and payment plans. Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings and close sales within deadlines. Maintain regular follow-up with clients for documentation and post-sale support. Ensure proper documentation and coordination with CRM and legal teams. Provide periodic reports to the management on sales performance and market feedback. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and convincing abilities. Confident in conducting meetings and presentations. Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach. Familiarity with local property laws and RERA guidelines is an advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. Qualifications Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred). 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar field. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional language is a plus. Must be comfortable with fieldwork and conducting client site visits.
