About the Role:

Prosper Overseas is hiring energetic and enthusiastic Junior Counselors / Sales Executives to

guide students and promote overseas education services. This is an excellent opportunity for

freshers who are passionate about student success and want to kick-start their careers in

counseling and business development.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential student leads through calls and follow-ups.

Generate walk-ins and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

Counsel students about available overseas education options based on their profiles.

Promote university tie-ups and program offerings.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Accurately maintain student records and updates in the CRM system.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.

Educate students and parents about study destinations, courses, eligibility, and visa

procedures.

Maintain strong rapport with students to ensure engagement and trust.

Participate in university training sessions and internal workshops.

Visit colleges for outreach and promotional activities (if required).

Number of walk-ins generated

Student registrations and conversions

Achievement of sales/revenue targets Timely and accurate CRM updates.

Freshers with a degree in BBA/B.Com/Any Graduate discipline

Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
