Job Description

You will be responsible for the following key activities as an Inside Sales Executive: - Generating and qualifying leads - Communicating with clients to understand their requirements - Explaining IT solutions, addressing queries, and closing deals - Maintaining CRM entries and following structured sales processes - Coordinating with vendors for solutions, pricing, and commercials - Ensuring order execution and timely delivery - Managing collections and conducting follow-ups - Maintaining accurate records of leads and closures To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field - Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills - Be a fast learner with an interest in IT solutions - Have good negotiation and business sense - Be target-driven and self-motivated - Prior knowledge of CRM is an added advantage - Fluent English language skills are mandatory In addition to the above, you will be evaluated based on the following Key Result Areas (KRAs): - Achieving monthly and annual sales targets - Meeting revenue and profit goals - Ensuring high customer satisfaction - Building strong client retention and relationships Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates.
