Sales Executive (fresher)

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Travel & Tourism industry. This role provides hands-on experience in travel sales, customer engagement, and business development. The selected candidate will learn to identify customer needs, promote travel packages, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell travel packages, holiday plans, and tourism services to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing detailed information about destinations and packages.
• Assist clients with travel planning, flight/hotel bookings, and itinerary customization.
• Maintain customer records, follow up on leads, and support sales targets.
• Research travel destinations and market trends to improve offerings.
• Coordinate with travel partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Languages Preferred: English, Hindi, and Tamil (fluency in any two is an added advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service orientation and persuasive selling ability.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet).
• Passion for travel and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
