Sales Executive (FMCG)

As a Sales Representative in our company, your main responsibility will be to grow the portables revenue in your assigned territory. This includes expanding the distribution width and depth within the designated sales area. You will be in charge of managing secondary sales revenue into retail outlets and overseeing outlet management. Additionally, creating awareness in your designated geographies, conducting direct selling for the retail outlets, and finding new distributors to constantly grow the business will be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage secondary sales revenue and outlet management - Expand distribution width and depth in the assigned territory - Create awareness in designated geographies and conduct direct selling for retail outlets - Find new distributors to grow the business - Monitor sales data, keep up to date with market trends, and address customer queries and complaints - Ensure availability of stocks in all outlets and focus on activating new channels such as market, group, schools, MFIs, NGOs, and SACCOs - Stay informed about competitive activities within the territory Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales - Full-time, Permanent job type - Work location: In person In addition to the competitive salary and benefits, you will also receive cell phone reimbursement.
