? Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into paying clients.
? Attend to walk-in customers at the office and handle direct sales conversions.
? Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools (Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.).
? Provide detailed information about products, offers, and services.
? Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
? Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
? Record client interactions and prepare daily sales reports.
? 1-2 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer service roles.
? Experience using CRM software (Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.) is an added advantage.
? Experience in training, education, or service-based industries is desirable.
