● Make outbound calls to potential leads and convert them into paying clients.
● Attend to walk-in customers at the office and handle direct sales conversions.
● Manage and track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools (Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.).
● Provide detailed information about products, offers, and services.
● Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
● Record client interactions and prepare daily sales reports.
● 1-2 years of experience in tele sales / inside sales / customer service roles.
● Experience using CRM software (Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.) is an added advantage.
● Experience in training, education, or service-based industries is desirable.
