Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Field Sales Executive to actively seek out and engage with potential customers in the logistics, transport, and fleet management sectors. This is a 100% field sales role involving on-ground visits, client interactions, and business development activities across your assigned city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-ground visits to transporters, logistics companies, fleet operators, and vehicle-related businesses to promote our legal-tech solutions.

  • Pitch offerings like the LOTS app, legal protection plans, and on-road compliance tools designed specifically for the commercial vehicle industry.

  • Generate and convert leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking.

  • Deliver product demonstrations and explain use cases based on client needs.

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads while maintaining healthy sales pipelines.

  • Accurately log all client interactions, visits, and feedback in the company CRM.

  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly field sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal operations and legal teams for seamless client onboarding and handover.

  • Represent the company during local activations, events, and field campaigns.

Skills Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in field sales is mandatory – preferably in logistics, transport, fleet services, GPS tracking, or vehicle-related industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build rapport with clients on the ground and convert opportunities into business.

  • Comfortable with extensive field travel and meeting target numbers.

  • Basic tech-savviness and familiarity with using mobile apps and CRM tools.

  • Fluency in Hindi and basic English required. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

  • Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.

  • Self-starter with a go-getter attitude.

  • Solution-oriented and proactive in client handling.

  • Prior connections in the logistics or transport ecosystem will be an added advantage.
