Sales Executive - Export (Female Only)

As a Sales Executive- Export (Only Female) at our company located in Metoda, Rajkot, your role will involve expanding our reach in international markets by generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and ensuring efficient sales and logistics coordination. You should possess excellent communication skills, a background in sales, and a familiarity with international trade, preferably within the precision machining sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying new markets and generating leads for precision-machined components; actively pursuing potential clients through various channels. - Maintaining and updating accurate lead information and contact details. - Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing customers, ensuring exceptional service and support for ongoing projects and sales. - Developing sales strategies, negotiating pricing, and finalizing contracts in alignment with company objectives and profitability goals. - Overseeing export processes, including documentation, shipping, and compliance with international trade regulations; ensuring timely deliveries and resolving logistical issues as needed. - Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences; providing detailed sales reports and forecasts to guide strategic decisions. Qualifications required for this role: - MBA or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Production/ Industrial Engineering. - 2 to 5 years of experience in international sales or exports, preferably in the precision machining or manufacturing industry. - Fluency in English. - Proficiency in handling export logistics and documentation. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven ability to close sales. - Knowledge of ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
