Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building strong client relationships. You must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
• Generate and qualify leads, and follow up with prospective clients
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and proposals
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel as needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
