Job Description

Job Description Visit retailers, dealers, and painters to promote paint products. Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships within the assigned territory. Follow up on enquiries, prepare basic quotations, and support sales closures. Ensure product visibility and availability across outlets. Track competitor pricing, offers, and market movements. Maintain daily sales reports and visit logs. Requirements 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (FMCG/Building Materials/Paints preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory. Ability to travel within Trivandrum on a daily basis. Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at relationship-building.
