Job Description

Job Responsibities


  • Actively promote and sell bicycles and cycling related products to customers through various sales channels, including in-person, online, and at events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value of our Giant bicycles products.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Organise and attend Rides , expos, and events to showcase Giant bikes and products and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with the local riders groups and events organisers to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.


Requirements:


  • Proven sales experience as a sales representative or similar role, preferably in the cycling, outdoor recreation, motorbike or automobile or e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for cycling is a plus
