Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a passion for driving sales growth. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing leads, and closing sales to meet or exceed company targets. Key Responsibilities:Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients and markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate & Close Sales: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and discounts with clients to close sales deals effectively. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products/services to answer customer queries and provide tailored solutions. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other internal teams to support lead generation efforts and ensure client satisfaction.
