Job Description

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the solar energy sector.
  • Conduct field sales activities, including customer visits, product presentations, and negotiations.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solar solutions (rooftop solar systems,solar panels, inverters, etc.).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
  • Work closely with the project and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth projectexecution.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of solar products, systems, and services.
  • Ability to work independently and handle customer interactions professionally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for field sales.
