Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage sales leads, inquiries, and opportunities in India and abroad.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Handle client communication via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
  • Represent Ecostan at domestic & international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B platforms.
  • Collaborate with accounts, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Travel (domestic and international as required) to meet clients and close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across assigned regions.

Qualification & Skills

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing / International Business (preferred).
  • 24 years of proven experience in industrial machinery sales (domestic or international).
  • Must have excellent written & spoken English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with export documentation & domestic sales processes.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in G-Suit, CRM, and online B2B platforms.
