Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our gold and diamond collections to effectively communicate their value and craftsmanship.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and appealing.
Problem-Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
