Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads for residential and commercial solar projects.
• Meet prospective clients, understand their energy needs, and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product details.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
• Collaborate with the project and installation teams for smooth execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Solar/Energy/Real Estate/Insurance/Telecom).
• Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for sales are also welcome.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Must be open to field visits and client meetings.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace is an added advantage.
