Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: • East Delhi & Ghaziabad (1 position)
• Noida & South Delhi (1 position)
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to manage and grow our business in designated territories. The role involves identifying potential distributors, strengthening channel networks, and driving sales across pharmacy, cosmetic, and stand alone stores.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in assigned territory.
• Generate and qualify leads for potential distributors in pharmacy and cosmetic segments.
• Build strong relationships with local pharmacies, cosmetic outlets, department stores, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competition, understand consumer trends, and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure product placement, visibility, and market penetration.
• Support in distributor onboarding and territory expansion.
• Submit sales reports and provide market insights to management.
• Strong geographical knowledge of the assigned territory (East Delhi, Ghaziabad
/ Noida, and South Delhi).
• Proven ability to generate leads and expand distributor networks.
• Understanding of the potential of local pharmacies, cosmetic outlets, and department stores.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general FMCG trade, with exposure to Pet, Cosmetic, or Pharma segments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
