Sales Executive – Designer Brand

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Office
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a presentable and customer-focused Female Sales Executive to represent a premium designer brand. The role involves assisting clients, driving in-store sales, maintaining visual standards, and delivering an excellent shopping experience aligned with brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with product selection and styling guidance
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable designs.
• Maintain product display, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
• Handle billing coordination and basic sales documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in and repeat customers
• Coordinate with the design and tailoring team for orders and fittings

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in fashion, boutique, or retail sales
• Experience in designer wear, ethnic wear, or luxury retail preferred
• Female candidates only

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
• Professional appearance and grooming
• Ability to work in a target-driven retail environment
• Basic knowledge of billing or POS systems is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary between 20,000 and 30,000
