  • Quotations, Sales Projects, Orders and sales, Client communication, Represent client interest for internal organization, Sales order support.
  • The responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via email, website chat and social media using clear, friendly and helpful responses in multiple languages using ChatGPT.
  • Transferring order information to warehouse team for timely packaging and shipment.
  • Monitoring orders to ensure they are shipped on time and proactively inform customers of any delays.
