About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive cum Collection Coordinator! You’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations while ensuring smooth and timely payment collections. If you enjoy client interaction, sales coordination, and maintaining organized financial records, this role is perfect for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Process orders and invoices, keeping records up-to-date in our CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely order fulfillment
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain detailed collection logs and generate reports
• Support the sales team and handle client queries efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in sales coordination and collections
• Excellent communication, organizational, and MS Office skills
• Basic understanding of invoicing and payment collections
