Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for Cruzen Digital’s services.
• Pitch digital solutions including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Web Development, and Branding.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Conduct online/offline meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare weekly sales reports.
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in sales (digital marketing or agency background preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead-generation platforms is a plus.

Salary : upto 25k per month+ incentives
