Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for interacting with customers, agencies, and vendors to understand their requirements and monitor delinquencies within defined timelines. Additionally, you will be required to travel to dealers, customer places, and branches. It is essential to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product and regularly track the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area. Building strong relationships with all stakeholders in the two-wheeler business and managing customer issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Being focused, disciplined, and proactive in your work is a must.
