Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Hisar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and educating them about our lab-grown diamond jewelry. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and actively contributing to the overall sales strategy and success of the company.

Qualifications

Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and close deals
Experience in providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships
Knowledge of jewelry, luxury goods, or a related industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
Ability to understand customer preferences, offer tailored product recommendations, and meet sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customers and tasks efficiently
Prior experience in an on-site retail or sales environment is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable
