Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, building customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing sales. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets. The role may also involve collaboration with marketing teams to create promotional materials and strategies to boost sales. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the jewelry market and consumer trends Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Experience with CRM software and sales tracking systems Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection gracefully Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the luxury goods or jewelry sector is a plus
