Sales Executive - Counter & Institutional Sales in Guwahati

Key Responsibilities

• Counter sales & customer handling:
• Handle walk-in customers at retail outlets and assist them with product selection
• Provide accurate information on uniforms, books, stationery, sports kits, and other school supplies
• Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve basic queries or complaints
• Institutional & field sales:
• Coordinate with schools, colleges, and institutions for bulk orders
• Assist in pitching products, pricing discussions, and follow-ups with school authorities
• Support senior sales team in onboarding new institutional clients
• Order processing & coordination:
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with operations and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Relationship management:
• Build long-term relationships with school representatives, parents, and institutional buyers
• Maintain customer records and track repeat business
• Sales reporting:
• Maintain daily sales records and update data using Excel/Google Sheets
• Share regular sales updates and insights with the management team
