Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Sales

    : Identify client challenges and craft solutions using Previses evolving service lines, including cloud contact centres (AWS Connect) with our myOmniDesk platform, integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, APIs), Salesforce, and AI-driven analytics. You will help define what these solutions look like, not just sell them.

  • Commercial B2B Focus

    : Drive new business across commercial sectors; particularly healthcare, fintech, and insurance. This role is not focused on public sector sales. Experience and interest should align with private enterprise clients.
  • Collaborative Delivery:

    Partner with Previses India-based technical and delivery teams to develop proposals and ensure successful implementation. Youll translate client goals into actionable delivery plans.
  • Sales Leadership:

    Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Build executive-level relationships, negotiate effectively, and achieve growth targets through disciplined pipeline management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Lived and worked in the

    U.S. in a sales role

    (at least 3 years) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct sales experience in the U.S. market

    (B2B, SaaS, services or equivalent)

    .
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas in the U.S. market.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. business culture, buyer behaviour and decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with U.S. clients.
  • Comfortable working remotely, self-motivated, with discipline and structure.
  • Experience with

    modern sales tools/CRM systems

    (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to work some U.S. hours (depending on customer time-zones) as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous role working across multiple U.S. states or territories.
  • Experience travelling, managing channel or partner sales in the U.S.
  • Existing U.S. network of prospects/contacts.
  • Fully remote role (with strong preference for someone based in Calicut due to overlap with Asia/Kolkata time zone and possible local team alignment).
