Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager with strong Business Analyst capabilities to lead and coordinate a strategic integration platform migration from Boomi to MuleSoft. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing complex technical projects and a proven ability to collaborate closely with client technical teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes, on-time delivery, and alignment with business goals. This role requires someone comfortable driving UAT scope, defining data flows, and capturing reporting requirements while working across cross-functional and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for the Boomi to MuleSoft integration migration, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives
• Act as a trusted partner and collaborator with client-side technical and business teams to shape scope, clarify priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes
• Drive collaborative workshops, daily stand-ups, and cross-functional team coordination to support effective delivery and alignment
• Facilitate and document current-state vs future-state data flows, identifying integration points, dependencies, and migration risks
• Define and manage the UAT strategy, including scope definition, test case development, acceptance criteria, and execution tracking
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate reporting needs, data mapping, and transformation rules
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards to ensure transparent communication and progress tracking
• Identify bottlenecks, manage change requests, and escalate critical issues as necessary to keep the project on track
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, governance, and performance standards

Qualifications:

Tools, Technologies, and Experiences:

• Integration Platforms: Boomi, MuleSoft
• Project Management: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet
• Testing & QA: Zephyr, TestRail, or similar UAT tools
• Documentation & Analysis: Lucidchart, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint
• BI Tools (preferred): Power BI, Tableau, Looker
• 710 years of experience as a Technical PM in enterprise IT or integration projects
• Proven experience managing integration platform migrations, ideally Boomi to MuleSoft
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with client technical teams, fostering trust and transparency
• Strong working knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, Mule Runtime Engine, DataWeave, and MuleSoft deployment strategies including iPaaS, CloudHub, on-premises, and hybrid environments
• Strong working knowledge of Dell Boomi and REST/SOAP APIs
• Solid experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments, including hybrid models
• Experience defining and managing UAT scope, test cases, defect triage, and user acceptance criteria
• Proficiency in defining data workflows, system interfaces, and understanding of ETL processes
• Experience gathering and analyzing reporting requirements and working with BI/Analytics teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
• PMP, CSM, or MuleSoft certifications are a plus
