SBNCo | Sales Executive (Client Acquisition)Role Objective:To acquire new clients by promoting SBNCo’s investment solutions — primarily Demat account openings and later SIP activations — through direct calling, follow-ups, and relationship management. The role involves guiding potential investors through account setup, ensuring smooth onboarding, and meeting monthly acquisition targets. Key Responsibilities:Contact and convert leads assigned through digital campaigns, referrals, or internal sources. Explain SBNCo’s account-opening process, investment options, and key benefits clearly and compliantly. Assist clients with online KYC and activation steps via Angel One / platform portal. Maintain lead status in CRM: Contacted / Interested / KYC Pending / Account Opened / SIP Initiated. Follow up regularly with leads until successful account activation. Generate new leads through personal networking, references, and client satisfaction. Coordinate with internal team for support, documentation, and error resolution. Share daily performance updates and ensure weekly targets are met. Performance KPIs:Accounts Opened: 25–30 per month (minimum) KYC Completion Rate: 80%+ of total contacted leads Follow-up Discipline: All leads updated daily in CRM Client Feedback: Minimum 90% positive onboarding experience rating Eligibility & Skills:0–2 years of experience in sales / financial products / telesales / BFSI sector Excellent communication and persuasion skills Fluent in Hindi, English (Marathi preferred for Maharashtra region) Basic understanding of trading, investing, SIPs, or willingness to learn Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Compensation:Fixed: ₹15,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: ₹200–₹300 per verified account opened, plus performance bonuses Rewards for top performers (weekly and monthly) Work Mode:Location: Pune (Hybrid / Office-based post-1,000 account milestone) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
