Sales Executive

Job Description – Sales Executive / Sr. Executive (Kolkata – East Region) Position: Executive / Sr. Executive – Sales Location: Kolkata, East India Industry: Printing & Advertising Solutions (Flex, Acrylic Board, Sun Board, Signage Solutions, Banners) CTC: ₹4,20,000 per annum Roles & Responsibilities Generate business through channel sales, project sales, and direct customer engagement. Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and project partners in the signage and printing solutions market. Drive primary & secondary sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for clients and project stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, corporate clients, and channel partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, operations) for smooth order execution. Ensure timely payment collection and maintain strong financial discipline across accounts. Participate in sales promotion campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fairs to enhance market presence. Prepare and share regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance with the management. Key Skills Required Strong experience in Channel Sales & Project Sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Good knowledge of signage, printing, and advertising products (Flex, Acrylic Boards, Sun Boards, etc.). Ability to achieve sales targets and handle pressure in a competitive market. Proficiency in MS Office, reporting, and sales tracking tools.
