As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for driving revenue generation by proactively prospecting and connecting with potential clients through calls and digital outreach. You will take ownership of the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, and craft personalized solutions to meet each client's unique needs. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both new and existing clients will be a key part of your role. You will follow up consistently to ensure satisfaction, unlock upselling opportunities, and serve as the go-to contact for client inquiries to ensure a stellar customer experience. Staying ahead with insights on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs is crucial. You will collaborate with the marketing team to drive targeted campaigns aligned with sales goals and attend events, conferences, and networking meetups to elevate our brand presence. In terms of reporting and collaboration, you will be expected to meet and surpass your sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
