The Role

Field-Sales (B2B)

You will be the face of our company, visiting markets and meeting business owners to drive growth and expand our reach.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience:

    2 years of proven success in sales (Field sales experience preferred).
  • Education:

    Minimum 10th pass.
  • Language:

    Must be fluent in both

    Hindi and English

  • Clear, professional communication is vital for our B2B interactions.
  • Mindset:

    A proactive "go-getter" who is comfortable traveling within the market daily.

Compensation & Benefits

Core Responsibilities

  • Conducting daily market visits to identify and onboard new B2B clients.
  • Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing business partners.
  • Meeting monthly sales targets through effective territory management.
  • Providing clear reports on daily field activities and market feedback

Requirements

  • Experience:

    2 years in Tele Sales is preferred, but

  • Language:

    Fluency in
