Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 48, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development and customer sales.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and promotions.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, delivering high-quality results.
Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on business development and customer sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, with strong technical skills and adaptability to new systems and technologies.
