Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across target markets and industries.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements within company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and customer success to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales principles, pipeline management, and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Existing network of B2B contacts is a plus.
