Now, we’re expanding our team in Bangalore, and we’re looking for passionate Sales Executive who can bring emotion, creativity, and comfort to every frame.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the right solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages/services.
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales within expected timelines.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to increase repeat and referral business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer support) for smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and track conversion metrics.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Participate in promotional activities, customer engagement events, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
  • Language proficiency: English + local language (Kannada/Tamil/Malayalam/Hindi depending on location).
  • Prior experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Customer-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced work environments.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field (Preferred).

Compensation

As per industry standards + Incentives based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
