Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a database of domestic customers, actively pursuing sales leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up. The role involves tele-sales, customer visits, and coordination with various teams to facilitate smooth operations in the logistics sector. Responsibilities Create profiles of Domestic Customers and develop customer database. Act on sale leads and follow-up on customers Domestic requirements. Conduct active and consistent Tele-sales for sourcing and generating Domestic Business. Perform sales visits to Customers, if required. Prepare Domestic Tariff Quotations in line with market trends. Follow-up rigorously with Customers for acquiring business and resolving tariff or service issues. Track and trace Domestic Shipments until last mile delivery. Check charges quoted for Billing and instruct Accounts to generate invoices. Coordinate with Security, Airlines, and Delivery teams for smooth functioning. Assist Accounts Department with Collections as required. Maintain records and generate reports as per requirements and timelines. Skills and Qualifications Proven selling skills Excellent coordination skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Graduate with 2-5 years of experience in Domestic logistics Knowledge of Pick-up and Deliveries 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India
