Job Description

Role Overview: The Sales Executive is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences, achieving sales goals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the retail or e-commerce sales channel. This role is ideal for passionate, customer-focused individuals who enjoy connecting with riders and guiding them to the right products for their needs. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Engagement Engage with riders to understand their needs and recommend the best products tailored to their requirements. Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, events, community engagement, and social media. Follow up with leads and existing clients to drive repeat business and foster loyalty. Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and benefits, to provide expert guidance to riders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with riders to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty. Upsell and cross-sell products as necessary to meet individual and team sales goals. Follow up with riders post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and collect social proof (e.g., reviews, testimonials).  Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or performance cycling industries. Passion for cycling and familiarity with cycling products is highly desirable. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset. Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet deadlines and targets. Team player with a collaborative approach. In-depth understanding of sales principles and practices. Ability to work rotational hours, including weekends and evenings, based on store operating hours.
