Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to homeopathic doctors (data will be provided by the company). Promote and explain the features and benefits of RadarOpus Homeopathy Software . Offer and assist in activating the 15-day free trial of the software. Follow up regularly during the trial period to ensure engagement and answer queries. Convert free trial users into paying customers through persuasive communication and product knowledge. Perform data mining and lead generation to expand the potential customer base. Maintain and update CRM with call logs, follow-ups, and sales outcomes. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for strategy improvement and reporting. Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence in making outbound sales calls Ability to explain technical products in a simple, clear way Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools Self-motivated and target-driven Experience in software or healthcare sales is a plus
